Industry Experience
Sr. Software Developer GRVTY, Inc. (October 2015 - present)
An all encompassing role driving the technology behind GRVTY. Technology attempting to make the password obsolete. Key milestones:
  • Architected, designed, implemented, and successfully worked with the client’s development team to integrate, test, external security audit, and deployment of GRVTY’s OTP Based Password Reset System. The deployed system consists of a Spring MVC backend and iOS app with an embedded GRVTY Client. (Android version is in progress)
  • Released alpha version of GRVTY’s secure password free authentication solution with time-sensitive, multi-layered, out- of-band asymmetric cryptographic security. The alpha version consists of a Google App Engine backend and iOS app available through TestFlight.
  • Point of contact for clients on any technical questions regarding GRVTY’s technology.
  • Currently wrapping up documentation for the release version of GRVTY’s password free solution. Which includes architecture, design, and communication protocols.
Jr. Software Developer GRVTY, Inc. (April 2015 - October 2015)
A dynamic and expanding role attacking the plague that is the password on multiple fronts. Key milestones:
  • Implemented mock demo of iOS app showcasing the integration of GRVTY’s OTP Based Password Reset System into client’s app
  • Created RFC 6238 compliant Java and iOS SDKs and prototyped a fully working password reset system (server backend, iOS client app, RESTful APIs)
  • Architected, designed, and implemented a proof-of-concept system (server & client) for password free web authentication.
  • Lead security researcher covering: best coding practices and design patterns, network security, system security, attack vectors, iOS security architecture, cryptography, Java security, protocols, etc.
